A new support system for women entrepreneurship was created in Uzbekistan


Tashkent, February 15 / ′′ Donio ′′ News Agency ". The People's Bank (Narodny Bank) introduced a new system for training women in the field of entrepreneurship, developing standard business plans and providing practical assistance in obtaining loans, this is how the news agency reporter ′′ Donio ′′ reports.

At the meeting, the heads of the relevant offices and departments, senior officials of the People's Bank, directors of deputies for the development of women entrepreneurs in all regional and provincial branches (municipal).
It is known that protecting the rights and interests of women and girls, improving their health and especially creating proper living conditions for them are important areas in the social field. Thus, the President of Uzbekistan pays special attention to the development of this direction. As a result, consistent efforts to support women entrepreneurs have enhanced women's social activity and improved their well-being.
Today more than 17 million of our country's population are women. In order to support their business projects and eliminate their problems, the People's Bank introduced a new system for training women in entrepreneurship, developing standard business plans and providing practical assistance in receiving loans. To this end, more than a trillion som will be allocated from the budget.
It is indicated that in the People's Bank system a department has been established to support women entrepreneurs. In 14 regional branches and 196 municipal branches, the most suitable candidates were appointed for the position of the Director of the Department of Women Support and Work Programs were developed.
In addition, together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Tadbirkorlar ayol and Hunarmand associations, women entrepreneurship centers, as well as other non-governmental associations, more than 60 standard business plans projects have been moved to their places. In order to increase women's financial literacy and refer them to entrepreneurship, a separate webpage was opened, as well as a Telegram group.
In order to attract women to business, included in the ′′ Women's Notebook ", considering their wishes, the characteristics of each region, explanations are given with specific calculations. More than two thousand women are involved in the training courses organized for this. As part of their application in all areas of entrepreneurship, it is planned to allocate loans in the amount of up to 150 times the calculated base's value.
