The Senate chairman had an online conversation with the Israeli Knesset chairman


Tashkent, February 17 / News Agency ′′ Donio ′′ ". Yesterday an online conversation took place between the Senate chairman of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbaeva to the chairman of the Knesset (Parliament) of israel Yariv Levin, this is how the news agency ′′ Donio ′′ reported.
According to the information service in the Upper House of Parliament, during the conversation the sides discussed the current situation and the possibility of inter-parliamentary ties.
It is pointed out that in recent years multilateral relations between the two countries have been developing, and inter-parliamentary ties have been visibly renewed.
During the conversation, special attention was dedicated to the results achieved in the development of cooperation between countries, inter-parliamentary dialogue, strengthening trade relations mutual and economic benefit, as well as connections in the political, legal, educational, innovative, cultural and humanitarian field.
The importance of deepening inter-parliamentary ties in expanding bilateral cooperation was also highlighted.
As of today, an inter-parliamentary group for cooperation with the Israeli parliament is operating in Olei Majlis.
The chairman of the Knesset praised the effectiveness of the reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan and pointed out that the relations between the two countries have a long history.
Special attention was also focused on strengthening interaction in the field of economy, tourism, education and health, as well as interregional cooperation and bilateral relations. In particular, we discussed the implementation of new projects in the Aral Sea area, in the rehabilitation of flights between the two countries.
Upon the end of the conversation, the sides expressed a willingness to actively continue the inter-parliamentary dialogue between Uzbekistan and Israel.
