The embassy organized negotiations between fish towers of Uzbekistan and Israel


Tel Aviv, January 30 / ′′ Donio ′′ News Agency /. The embassy of our country in Israel organized an online meeting with the participation of representatives of the association ′′ Ozbekblixnuat ", The Institute for Scientific Research for Fish Growing, the State Committee for Veterinary Medicine and Animal Growing from Uzbekistan and the Fish Breeders Association of israel, the news agency wrote ′′ Donio ".
The Israel Fish Breeders Association unites about 20 fish farms. The total annual production volume reaches about 15 thousand tons of fish products. The objectives of the association focus on creating comfortable economic conditions for the activities of its members: planning the branch, maintaining prices and high quality of the products, investing in the fishery industry, maintaining the environment and collaborating with foreign partners.
During the negotiations, the Israeli side became known in detail about the extensive works being held in Uzbekistan to develop the local fishery industry, to attract experience and advanced foreign technologies in creating modern competitive companies in the industry.
Representatives of the Israeli Fish Breeders Association have expressed interest in creating business cooperation with the specialist farms in Uzbekistan, including by providing information on current trends in the development of the fish industry in Israel, and introducing innovative solutions into production processes. The possibilities of conducting specialized online seminars by Israeli experts were discussed, including thematic fields like intensive methods of growing fish, government support for the industry, infrastructure for scientific research.
Following the meeting, agreement was achieved on the establishment of an online information platform for permanent dialogue in the interests of both parties as well as on building a bilateral agenda for organizing mutual visits.
