Uzbek wrestling Korash is included in the international sports game program ′′ Asian children ′′


Tashkent, January 29 / ′′ Donio ′′ News Agency /. Uzbek National Wrestling Korash is officially included in the game program ′′ Asian Children ", reports the news agency ′′ Donio ′′ referring to the information of the Korash International Association.
- At the meeting of the International Games Council ′′ Children of Asia ′′ it was decided to include Korash in these sports games program, said the president of the International Federation Haider Farman.
It should be mentioned that the international sports games of ′′ Asian children ′′ have been held one for four years since 1996 under the auspices of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Mongolia was supposed to host this competition in 2020. Due to the pandemic, children's games were postponed to another period. In 2024 the competition will take place in the city of Yakutsk, Russia.
In February 2019, the first international winter sports games ′′ Asian children ′′ took place in the city of Yuzhano-Sakhalinsk in Russia. It is worth noting that young athletes from Uzbekistan also took part in them.
Also in December 2019, a meeting of the working committee of international sports games ′′ Asian children ′′ took place in Tashkent. During the meeting, the topics of the next level of the development of children's games were discussed.
Uzbekistan is included in the list of countries claiming to host the international sports games of ′′ Asian children ′′ to be held in 2028.
